Drake Real Estate Services was founded in 1997 in Denver, Colorado, as a retail development company. Through the years, Drake has expanded upon its experiences to become a full-service development, consulting and investment company. From shopping center investments to purchasing residential deeds of trust, Drake has become an expert in the real estate industry. Over the past decade, Drake has constructed or renovated 92 retail structures, completed 33 joint venture partnerships and currently manages 25 retail properties. In addition to real estate services, Drake invests in local operating businesses such as the
Little Pub Company.
