Residential Note Purchases
In 2009, Drake entered into the distressed property segment of the industry by forming Willow Creek Capital LLC with partners Jon Hardy and Jerrel Armstrong. Willow Creek actively purchases non-performing residential loans and REO homes on a nationwide platform. Willow Creek also acquires distressed commercial loans and assets in select markets and invests in pools of mortgages ranging from residential first deeds of trust to bank-owned shopping centers. Willow Creek has an in-depth understanding of the note buying process and has successfully worked with lenders to purchase their non-performing loans using integrity to ensure that every borrower is treated with respect. Willow Creek has systems and strategies in place to work with the borrower to re-perform, refinance or navigate the foreclosure process with an experienced note buying team that understands the importance of accurate and timely valuations. Whether processing an indicative or final bid, we have sophisticated systems and processes in place that ensure performance under tight timeframes with a reputation for closing transactions under the terms of the purchase agreements.
